Kevin Costner <\/strong>had a conversation with Eating Well<\/em> in which he revealed some of the eating habits that make up his diet. From the fact that he loves his coffee a certain way to the dessert he adores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every morning, Costner starts the day with ‘a big cup of coffee.’ Sometimes I put whipped cream on top like a fifth grader,’ says the ‘Yellowstone’ star. From then on, he tries to incorporate healthy foods and drinks throughout the day; as well as limiting alcohol consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n

His love for coffee<\/strong> is reflected both through his daily consumption and his collaboration with Green Mountain Coffee<\/a><\/strong><\/strong>, a brand with which he has even created his own flavors: a Dark Roast Horizon Blend and a Mountainside Mocha Latte. ‘I love mocha<\/strong>,’ stresses the Hollywood star who even takes a Keurig mini-brewer on the road so she can drink the same cup wherever she’s shooting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the holidays just around the corner, the media asked the actor about his favorite Thanksgiving dishes. And those are dressing and pie. In fact, a slice of apple pie is Costner’s favorite snack, whatever the occasion. ‘I love apple pies like Sara Lee’s or Marie Callender’s; everything else is too gourmet for me,’ he admits. ‘I think hot apple pie is really my favorite dessert<\/strong>.’<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
