With the aim of reactivating the economy of the Valencian regions and businesses affected by the DANA<\/strong>, the constellation of Valencian chefs Bego\u00f1a Rodrigo<\/strong>, Quique Dacosta <\/strong>and Ricard Camarena<\/strong> have decided to organise a culinary solidarity movement consisting of organising dinners all over the world alongside other star chefs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These renowned culinary figures have decided to support the people through gastronomy, showing their full support for the victims of the DANA with this initiative with which they have mobilised Michelin-starred chefs such as the Italian Massimo Bottura and the Danish Ren\u00e9 Redzepi. All of them will hold a series of simultaneous charity dinners on 13 December, the proceeds of which will be used to rebuild the small businesses affected by the hurricane in Valencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
