Specifically, about 80,000 per year, as The Athletic has reflected in its new report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The NFL teams&#8217; obsession with these &#8216;PB&amp;Js&#8217; has baffled everyone from the media to the league&#8217;s devotees, who can&#8217;t understand this sort of cult-like attachment to this nostalgic childhood snack.
