Now, that piece, which originally aired in November 2015, is re-released to bring it up to date to the present moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In it, <strong>Jacques P\u00e9pin<\/strong>, lets slip that one of his favorite drinks in the world is beer. In fact, on set, the presenter offers a beer to the chef, which he delicately pours over a glass. P\u00e9pin explains that he always prefers to drink his beers in a glass, and he doesn&#8217;t seem to mind that the glass is made of paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuing the conversation, P\u00e9pin then confirms to Pashman that the rumors are true: he <strong>keeps the beer together with the truffles in the refrigerator<\/strong>. The reason? According to P\u00e9pin, because it&#8217;s one more way to surprise his guests. If people ask you, &#8216;Do you have any beer,&#8217; you say, &#8216;Yes, yes, it&#8217;s next to the truffle in the fridge&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And unlike most, who use the traditional way of opening a beer with a bottle opener, P\u00e9pin says he usually prefers to do it with a knife or fork.
