Dabiz Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong> posted a few days ago on Instagram a video in which he appears adding an unexpected ingredient to his paella. With the rice almost finished, Mu\u00f1oz begins to grate dark chocolate on top, as if it were a spice to finish the dish with that sweet and bitter touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
