A main plot from which a series of dramas and catharsis such as the dissolution of her love affair with Claire are diluted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scallops in spinach puff pastry<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of Carmy&#8217;s most memorable culinary scenes happens in the first episode, in which she works with another chef to create elegant scallops wrapped in spinach and puff pastry. A sophisticated dish version of the scallop Wellington, a delicacy that you can replicate at home using fresh scallops, puff pastry and spinach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Raviolo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another of the most controversial changes to Carmy&#8217;s menu is the replacement of the classic ravioli with a large raviolo. One of Sugar&#8217;s favorite dishes is lasagna with crispy edges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vegetable pie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another gem on Carmy&#8217;s revamped menu is a vibrant tart filled with delicately cut and neatly arranged vegetables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Roast chicken<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although we don&#8217;t see much food in this episode, we do witness Carmy teaching Tina the secrets of roast chicken in El Oso&#8217;s gleaming kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Potato gnocchi with veal cheeks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the fifth episode entitled &#8216;Children&#8217; potato gnocchi with veal cheeks is added to &#8216;The Bear&#8217;s&#8217; rotating menu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Click here to read the Spanish version.
