The alliance is completed by <strong>\u00c1ngel Velasco<\/strong>, general manager of Torrons Vicens, a company with which the Catalan chef has been collaborating for a decade, making his own version of the classic turrones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ice cream parlor, conceived as if it were a futuristic minimalist jewelry store, focuses all the attention on the product: on the<strong> 60 flavors<\/strong> that will be developed and served in its display, divided into categories.
