Now, the Parisian bistro will also enter a new phase in which it will be run by the world&#8217;s largest luxury brand conglomerate, coinciding with its 100th birthday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Famous for its portions of snails, roast chicken and fries,<strong> Chez l&#8217;Ami Louis <\/strong>presents itself as a modest and cosy place with just 12 orchestrated tables in the coveted district of Le Marais. However, despite not standing out for its aesthetics or elegance, the aura that surrounds it and the gastronomic proposal it proposes have attracted countless Hollywood stars, as well as high-ranking politicians who have, over time, raised its status and reinforced its exclusivity. It is currently one of the most difficult restaurants to get a table at in Paris.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"820\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/lvmh-bistro-paris-2.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-254359\" style=\"width:1164px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/lvmh-bistro-paris-2.webp 820w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/lvmh-bistro-paris-2-240x300.webp 240w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/lvmh-bistro-paris-2-768x959.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/lvmh-bistro-paris-2-400x500.webp 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 820px) 100vw, 820px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The<strong> LVMH<\/strong> conglomerate, chaired by Arnault, one of the richest men in the world, which has brands such as Loewe, Bulgari, Louis Vuitton, Dom Perignon, Christian Dior, Guerlain and Tiffany &amp; Co in its catalogue of brands, has thus incorporated this restaurant into its collection and has assured that it &#8216;will work to preserve the restaurant&#8217;s unique character and family identity and will continue to support its French know-how and experience&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The legendary Parisian establishment will thus join the hotel division of LVMH Mo\u00ebt Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE, which includes brands such as the high-end hotel chain Cheval Blanc, as well as the Hotel Cipriani, in Venice, named best in the world in 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Click here to read the Spanish version.
