FRIDAY 21ST<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Friday we will taste the mysticism of Z\u00edngara<\/strong>, the plant-based restaurant of Mercedes Cama\u00f1o and Agust\u00edn Patrizio located in the Salesas neighbourhood, which bases its proposal on a menu of organic dishes and creative cocktails that has captivated all the diners who pass through its space.<\/p>\n\n\n

Its magical tribute to gypsy culture and nomadic spirit is reflected in its menu divided into three parts that evoke the unfolding of a story as a profound ritual that we will share through dishes such as Korean almond p\u00e2t\u00e9 saam, sweet potato noodles with kimchio mayonnaise, smoked aubergine milanese or desserts such as creamy chocolate on cookie and pistachio ice cream. The experience will be paired with some of the cocktails created by Jon William Fonseca such as the Tikis Passion, a mix of Bacardi, spiced rum, passion fruit and spices, or more potent drinks such as Tres Hermanas, with Patr\u00f3n Silver tequila, Martini Ambrato, aove, cardamom, jasmine and brine.<\/p>\n\n\n

After experiencing the spiritual experience of the restaurant, we’ll head to the Cadavra<\/strong> club for a ‘hot summer night’ with Sigh Club w\/ Jorge Escribano<\/strong>, the innovative Spanish artist who transports the crowd through his wide-ranging sets, weaving together tracks from various genres and eras. The lineup will be completed by the sounds of Avo and a Paradise x Sweet Meet with Otazzu and Keko. Get here<\/a><\/strong> your ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SATURDAY 22ND<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Saturday morning will be dedicated to contemplative pleasure in the exhibition ‘Truck Art Project<\/strong>‘, part of the new edition of the photography festival PHotoESPA\u00d1A 2024<\/strong>, which revolves around the concept of Perpetuum Mobile. This year the project joins forces with the transport company Palibex to launch this cultural initiative to disseminate art in an innovative way by converting four lorries into a support for the works of four visual artists: Manuela Lorente, Bubi Canal, Tanit Plana and Ana Palacios.<\/p>\n\n\n

Each intervened vehicle makes its journey starting from each of the four cities where the Festival once again has a prominent presence: Madrid, Santander, Valladolid and Zaragoza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the evening, we’ll continue to discover Madrid’s design and reference venues at the Omar. A bistro with bakery located in the luxurious Thompson Madrid <\/strong>hotel, renowned chef Nino Redruello presents a menu with seasonal flavours, reflecting the product with dishes such as his slices of red tuna belly to succulent homemade pasta dishes, each creation is a masterpiece, along with its selection of wines reflects the commitment of the local with quality and excellence in every detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUNDAY 23RD<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday we will focus on the cinematographic work of Pedro Almod\u00f3var<\/strong> in his exhibition ‘Almod\u00f3var<\/strong>‘ installed in the Conde Duque <\/strong>cultural centre. An exhibition that reflects his constant dialogue with Madrid, as a city that has been an eternal source of inspiration in his career, where he grew and developed at the same pace as the city. I have always found in this city a perfect landscape and an incorrect and ideal fauna for each of my films’, says the director.<\/p>\n\n\n
