It is one of the most luxurious restaurants ever. And it rises to 1,250 feet<\/strong>, from the One World Observatory<\/strong>. An enclave with 360-degree views of New York, spread over 2,000 square metres for weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, events, and as a restaurant through the ‘ONE DINE’ experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dining from the sky is possible for $3,000 <\/strong>with views of midtown Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Liberty Island, Governor’s Island, New Jersey, Staten Island or Brooklyn for two people exclusively for solos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer a private escort, a selected playlist, a private culinary team and waiters, plus a bottle of Dom P\u00e9rignon and a choice of four-course dinner with wine service,’ Amber King<\/strong>, director of special events at One World Observatory, tells Food&Wine.<\/p>\n\n\n

The experience is designed by chef Reuel Vincent<\/strong>, who heads the kitchen at One World Observatory’s One Dine restaurant based on his approach to New American cuisine inspired by its Caribbean origins and New York’s influence as a melting pot of cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While a dinner like ours costs $3,000, guests have the opportunity to customise their evening for an additional fee. ‘Lighting, abundant floristry, a string quartet, a personal photographer, superior bar service, a live singer or band, additional guests, a private tour guide\u2026.
