And he does so with one of the great figures of the sector. Ucha, who is only 31 years old, has a long experience in the hotel and catering sector as a waiter in restaurants such as Maruja Li\u00f3n (Vigo), and as a sommelier in prestigious culinary spaces such as O Eirado da Le\u00f1a, in Pontevedra. He later became head sommelier at Mugaritz and in London at Les 110 de Taillevent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In recent years, Tom\u00e1s has been in charge of sommelier management at <strong>Berria<\/strong>, as well as holding the title of &#8216;Advanced in the Court of Master Sommeliers&#8217;, which he has received twice as the best sommelier in Galicia, and second best in the national competition. Now, he is entering a new phase in one of the best in the world, joining the gastronomic space of NH Eurobuilding in order to prepare and continue the legacy of Miguel \u00c1ngel Mill\u00e1n at DiverXO.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Click here to read the Spanish version.
