A magical drink created by a young pharmacist in Texas back in 1885 by mixing <strong>23 ingredients<\/strong> in addition to phosphoric acid. A somewhat mysterious formula that includes somewhat confusing components such as &#8216;carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup, caramel colour, natural and artificial flavours, sodium benzoate (preservative), caffeine&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the decades, the drink has experienced an effervescent rise to become one of the top sellers in its segment, according to new<strong> Beverage Digest<\/strong> data collected by the Wall Street Journal.
