FRIDAY 7TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Friday we will preach the religion of Caluana<\/a><\/strong> in its gastronomic sanctuary rebuilt on the site of a Renaissance chapel. We’ll sit at one of the tables of this Italian-spanish restaurant<\/strong> to taste the proposal of its chefs Joaqu\u00edn Serrano and Jorge Velasco in which they fuse tradition and innovation with precision.<\/p>\n\n\n

We’ll start the experience by sharing their Roman-style Iberian focaccia and their tuna tartare on grilled avocado with mustard soil and truffle emulsion. We will continue with their traditional pastas: pumpkin ravioli with caramelised onion and provolone, and their iconic rigatoni with veal ragu and parmesan (100% recommended). The cherry on top of the evening is their three-cheese tart with sweet gorgonzola and their creamy chocolate tart.<\/p>\n\n\n

We’ll turn on the night mode at La Discoteca<\/strong>, the capital’s trendiest club, which this Friday will feature the iconic set by Dj Playero<\/strong>, one of the big names on the reggaeton scene, along with his residents MYGAL and Miqui Brightside. Where? At La Sala Coc\u00f3 (Calle Alcal\u00e1 n\u00ba 20). Get your pass here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SATURDAY 8TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday we will dress up for lunch at All\u00e9gorie<\/strong>, the new French haute cuisine restaurant that has captivated food critics with its innovative concept of the Parisian bistro in the Chamber\u00ed neighbourhood.<\/p>\n\n\n

The authenticity and the most orthodox French cuisine are reinterpreted there by French chef Romain Lascarides, who has long experience in Michelin-starred restaurants. There we will try his tasting menu where we will find such delicious dishes as his vierias with apple and truffle sorbet, his Marie Hot Landes chicken with its three sauces and spring garnish, as well as his pre-dessert – which varies according to the chef’s inspiration- and his pistachio \u00e9clair dressed with strawberries. As night falls, we’ll change our outfits to attend Duki<\/a><\/strong>‘s concert. The generational idol of the urban scene will climb to the top of the Santiago Bernab\u00e9u<\/strong> stadium to present his tour remastered for the occasion with tracks that he already unveiled on his Spotify profile in the list ‘UN TICKET PARA BERNAB\u00c9U’; which includes hits such as ‘Givenchy’, ‘Jefes del sudoeste’, ‘Hello Cotto’, ‘Antes de perderte’ or ‘Goteo’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUNDAY 9TH 9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sunday brunch will take place at Watts Cantina. An emerging, modern and cosy space in La Latina that serves the capital’s most sought-after new pancakes, with butter, Canadian maple syrup, eggs and bacon.<\/p>\n\n\n

At Watts we will also try other dishes from their culinary offerings – mostly inspired by American diners – such as their breakfast burritos and their roast pork leg sandwich with orange, rosemary and red wine. All of this will be accompanied by some of their speciality coffees, to continue at midday with their natural wines paired with their hi-fi vinyl music base.<\/p>\n\n\n

We will close the weekend on an artistic note at the exhibition ‘Warhol & Vijande, cita en Madrid<\/strong>\u2019 at the Museo L\u00e1zaro Galdiano<\/strong>. An exhibition organised by the Su\u00f1ol Soler Collection that explores the relationship between Andy Warhol, the most representative artist of the pop art movement, and Fernando Vijande, one of the most important gallery owners in the history of Spanish art. The exhibition includes 20 portraits <\/strong>from the ‘Altered Images’ series by Christopher Makos, which capture the iconic artist posing with wigs and make-up, creating his most personal and intimate portrait.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
