FRIDAY 24TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The excitement of summer is already in the air, and our desire to make plans is growing all the time. This Friday, we’ll open the weekend in a musical key with the YellowStraps <\/strong>concert at The Bassement Club<\/strong>. The Belgian neo-soul prodigies will resound from the Madrid club with their lyrics in English and French, and their R&B sounds with jazz and electronic influences with which they have created iconic tracks like ‘Slowdown’. Without leaving the club, we will continue the night dancing wildly at the ‘THE TRILOGY II vol. II’ party at Laster Club<\/strong>‘, hosted by Paula Temple<\/strong>. The artist will activate her high voltage ritual in the club with refreshing techno sounds that have placed her at the forefront of the current techno scene. SATURDAY 25TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday morning we will visit La Causa Galer\u00eda <\/strong>to preach ‘The law of minimum effort’ by Martin Kazanietz<\/strong>. The Argentinean artist has installed his kinetic art on the walls of the art space with a solo exhibition that revolves around the goalkeepers with which he once again explores the culture of football. Works in which one can appreciate his naive-influenced technique conceived from a contemporary paradigm of instant images.<\/p>\n\n\n

Next, we will travel to the enigmatic atmosphere of the streets of 17th century China in the new Le Chinois<\/strong> restaurant. A space that refers to traditional Asian constructions, among wooden facades, lanterns or dragons that accompany the evening with proposals such as lacquered duck carved at the table with the traditional Hoisin sauce, its acclaimed steamed fish or its Cantonese-style handmade dim sum.<\/p>\n\n\n

Saturday afternoon will be dedicated to the films of Luca Guadagnino<\/strong>. Specifically to the screening of his new film ‘Challengers<\/strong>‘ starring Zendaya. An internationally acclaimed film set in the competitive world of professional tennis, in which two tennis friends fall in love with a tennis player; distilling scenes with high levels of sexuality and eroticism, combined with an excellent soundtrack and large doses of queer coding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUNDAY 26TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday we will continue to discover the culinary novelties that the capital has to offer. We will eat at Desborre<\/strong>, the new restaurant by Luc\u00eda Gr\u00e1valos<\/strong>, decorated with artistic works that break with its brutalist space. It is presented as a bistro-style restaurant in which the chef materialises her vision of sustainability through gastronomy. A synergy between organic producers, circular and KM0 philosophy translated into dishes from the garden, the sea, the bar and the pasture such as the squid sandwich to the cow in three passes, the torrezno souffl\u00e9 or the cod Rioja style.<\/p>\n\n\n

The closing of the weekend will be a spectacular concert by Eladio Carri\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong> at the WiZink Center<\/strong>.
