FRIDAY 17TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Friday we will dress up in a good outfit to share a table and culinary ritual with friends at Bodega Bonay<\/strong>. In the designer restaurant of the Casa Bonay hotel, we will be able to discover the grandeur of the wine cellar dishes created by chef Giacomo Hassan. Mixing his selection of natural wines with his slow food cuisine based on seasonality and sustainability: the identifying marks that he transfers to dishes such as his grilled pork cheek with tomato bread or his puff pastry with grilled artichoke. We will complete the experience with another of its outstanding dishes: the ravioli del Plin.<\/p>\n\n\n

After the evening, we’ll get the night’s mood going at the La Paloma <\/strong>party, which this Friday will feature a hybrid set by the Carioca-Parisian trio PPJ – producer Jules Rosset aka Povoa; vocalist P\u00e1ula and Myd collaborator Jerge. DJs Yung Prado and Nile Fee, members of the Mainline collective, will finish off the night with a mix of dances and sounds. Get your pass here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

SATURDAY 18<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday we will continue exploring modernity at Dagma<\/strong>, the gastronomic space of the Barcelona Princess Hotel where the duo of chefs Pedro Montol\u00edo and David Bourg have just presented their summer menu in which they creatively reinterpret traditional Mediterranean cuisine; offering an unquestionable protagonism to seasonal and local products.<\/p>\n\n\n

From one of its tables we can savour the summer and its emotions through its proposal made up of starters, main courses and desserts. A sequence of dishes that can also be tasted through a reduced version of the tasting menu, together with different wines selected by the sommelier Miquel Molina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the dishes that make up the menu, we will zoom in on some such as the ceviche with Palam\u00f3s red shrimp or the spiced beef rib with potato parmentier. To finish? His version-tribute of Auguste Escofier’s P\u00eache Melba.<\/p>\n\n\n

On Saturday night we will live it up at the Sala Apolo with their party in collaboration with NTS, and the series of the legendary radio showcasing the avant-garde of clubber music, fusing the talent of international icons with hyper-local styles. The line up will be made up of big names in electronic music such as Josey Rebelle – Mechatok – PAURRO – Toccororo – Tom Boogizm & Jon K or Th\u00e9r\u00e8se Ha. SUNDAY 19<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After the classic Sunday break, it’s time for brunch at The Egg Lab<\/strong>‘s new space in El Born. A retro-futuristic establishment with a spacious dining room coloured in pastel tones, where you can try some of the establishment’s signature dishes such as the Alaska Royale Eggs Benedict or the Sweet Apple Pancakes. But also new additions such as the Kimchi Pancakes or the Matcha Roll, accompanied by a refreshing Lychee Iced Latte.<\/p>\n\n\n

We will close this vibrant weekend with music. Specifically, with some of the most representative voices of the Catalan urban scene that will resound from the stage of the Amfiteatre del Parc Catalunya<\/strong>.
