Grab your diary and take note of our weekly proposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FRIDAY 17TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On Friday we will dress up in a good outfit to share a table and culinary ritual with friends at <strong>Bodega Bonay<\/strong>. In the designer restaurant of the Casa Bonay hotel, we will be able to discover the grandeur of the wine cellar dishes created by chef Giacomo Hassan. Mixing his selection of natural wines with his slow food cuisine based on seasonality and sustainability: the identifying marks that he transfers to dishes such as his grilled pork cheek with tomato bread or his puff pastry with grilled artichoke. DJs Yung Prado and Nile Fee, members of the Mainline collective, will finish off the night with a mix of dances and sounds. A sequence of dishes that can also be tasted through a reduced version of the tasting menu, together with different wines selected by the sommelier <strong>Miquel Molina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the dishes that make up the menu, we will zoom in on some such as the ceviche with Palam\u00f3s red shrimp or the spiced beef rib with potato parmentier. To finish? The line up will be made up of big names in electronic music such as Josey Rebelle &#8211; Mechatok &#8211; PAURRO &#8211; Toccororo &#8211; Tom Boogizm &amp; Jon K or Th\u00e9r\u00e8se Ha. A retro-futuristic establishment with a spacious dining room coloured in pastel tones, where you can try some of the establishment&#8217;s signature dishes such as the Alaska Royale Eggs Benedict or the Sweet Apple Pancakes.
