FRIDAY 10TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Friday afternoon we will head to one of the warehouses of Matadero Madrid<\/strong>, specifically its Central de Dise\u00f1o, to visit the exhibition ‘Conversations on Craft Vol.1<\/strong>‘ directed by the Spanish designer Carlota Barrera<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

With the collaboration of the designers’ association @dimad_, the exhibition of one of the most prominent eponymous brands in contemporary fashion, addresses ‘the beginning of a conversation about past, present and future; a sincere dialogue between craft and fashion, a challenge to our industry and a reflection of our ever-changing cultural landscape’.<\/p>\n\n\n

From the Matadero we will take a walk along the river until we reach the La Riviera venue where Rusowsky<\/strong>, one of the figures with the greatest impact on the national urban scene, will give a concert at around 7.30pm as part of the San Isidro programme. The Madrilenian will eclipse us once again with his emotional mixes of melancholic lyrics with pop, electronic and trap bases with which he fluctuates between DnB, hyperpop and bedroom pop. S\u00c1BADO 11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Saturday evening will be special because we will experience it at the Sandoval brothers’ restaurant Coque. A restaurant suspended in the excellence of 2 Michelin stars and 3 Repsol Suns, in which its chef Mario captures in his dishes the tradition and evolution of avant-garde gastronomy through a proposal based on local produce, fermented products and a fetish ingredient that he places at the heart of his cuisine: the egg. In addition to all this, he offers a cocktail bar and a wine cellar with 300 references with which to pair his ‘sensory experience’ with which to activate all the senses.<\/p>\n\n\n

At nightfall we’ll dress up as neo-chulapos to go to the San Isidro fair, carnation and vermouth in hand, to enjoy the rides and food from the street stalls before Ralphie Choo<\/strong>‘s concert at Las Vistillas. The Madrid-based artist and producer will present his debut album ‘SUPERNOVA’ which includes iconic new pop and bedroom pop tracks such as ‘Whipcream’ and ‘Voycontodo’ along with other archive tracks.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Saturday night cannot end without the party or the set of the enigmatic artist nusar3000<\/strong> in the Sala Siroco, with whom you can dance until dawn with his jersey club and Brazilian funk sounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUNDAY 11TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday we will delve into the digital dimension of the HYPER HOUSE<\/strong> space as part of MMMAD Festival<\/strong>. There we will visit the group exhibition ‘Memoria Externa<\/strong>‘, curated by Ana Drucker, featuring a series of artists such as Food of War & Ch\u00e9rine Yazbeck, Rayane Jemaa, Sara Sadik, Tabita Rezaire, Vica Pacheco or Young-Hae Chang Heavy Industries.<\/p>\n\n\n

The virtual exhibition thus houses the work of this cast of 6 artists who explore different formats such as video, performance or CGI images to reflect on the political, cultural and social importance of memory in a world driven by technology and its role in the construction of identity.<\/p>\n\n\n

We will close the weekend by paying homage to BASCOAT<\/strong>‘s Basque cuisine.
