FRIDAY 26TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our first stop of the weekend will be at Parking Pizza, the new space that the cult Barcelona pizzeria has just opened in the capital. A new avant-garde installation in which it maintains both its industrial aesthetic and its long fermentation dough pizzas made with fresh products that come directly from Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Behind this trendy pizzeria<\/a><\/strong>, which even reveres Ferran Adri\u00e0, are Marcos Armenteras and Berta Bernat, the founding duo who started this project that has become a classic Italian restaurant in Barcelona and now serves its exquisite pizzas in Madrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On their menu you can find 13 versions of pizza<\/strong>: from the classic marinara, to the black truffle, fontina cheese, egg and parmesan pizza or the pepperoni and fennel pizza. There are also pasta <\/strong>options, such as spaghetti caccio e peppe or taleggio and sage. The cherry on top of the experience here is served as an affogato accompanied by a homemade tiramisu or homemade ice cream from the Multari bakery. Where? On Calle Monte Esquinza, in the heart of Paseo de la Castellana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SATURDAY 27TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Saturday’s gastronomic ritual will take place in one of our favourite sushi restaurants in Madrid, specifically in the new restaurant that has opened in Aravaca, called Sushita Cabana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Its interior design this time is inspired by Japanese-colonial aesthetics through a combination of eclectic works, a large mural and pieces rescued from Parisian antique shops. An exotic place where you can fully immerse yourself in its Japanese fusion with the colonial influence of Cantonese and Southeast Asian cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There you can try some of their innovative dishes such as their wagyu bao with quail egg and teriyaki sauce or their mock nigiri with tuna on a crispy puff pastry. And of course, accompanied by their classic nigiris and maki rolls. Where? At Avda. de Valdemar\u00edn, 167.<\/p>\n\n\n

In the afternoon, we’ll change the mood to party at elrow<\/strong>, which will be staged this weekend at the IFEMA fairgrounds. A creative and immersive festival with 9 stages, games, shows, performances and more than 100 DJs, including Paco Osuna, Fatima Hajji, Adam Beyer, Sama’ Abdulhadi or Andrea Oliva, among many other artists who will shake up all the ravers with their sessions to make them dance in unison with their electronic sets. SUNDAY 28TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday we will continue to explore the culinary novelties that the city has to offer. This time, we will discover Toguita, the ‘miniature’ extension of a true classic or myth of the capital: the restaurant Toga, which now reinterprets its Latin American and Asian gastronomy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esa fusi\u00f3n vibra ahora tambi\u00e9n en este nuevo local situado en el Barrio de La Latina, en el que, por supuesto, tambi\u00e9n sirven su plato viral<\/strong>: los noodles con mayonesa de kimchi y at\u00fan rojo<\/strong>. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de su elaboraci\u00f3n estrella, compartiremos asimismo su ceviche de corvina con aj\u00ed amarillo y mango fresco y unas croquetas de pisto y queso manchego. Todo ello estimulado con algunos tragos como su ‘Flor de Kiwi con vodka’, crema de violeta y maracuy\u00e1 o su ‘Amaretto Sour’.<\/p>\n\n\n
