This leadership status in the sector would lead it to implement new strategies in its Spanish operations, which included expanding its workforce to more than 10,000 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In numerical terms, Ikea posted revenues of 1,953 million euros, with growth of 7.4%. A large increase driven by furniture sales, which accounted for the bulk of annual turnover with 1,824 million (+7.5%). However, its restaurant also had a major impact on this rise: its sales reached 71 million euros, representing a 16% increase.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/ikea-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-246583\" style=\"width:1130px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/ikea-2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/ikea-2-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/ikea-2-400x533.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>In this sense, the public continues to worship the gastronomic offer of<strong> IKEA<\/strong>, based on affordable dishes with Scandinavian ensign, as its famous Swedish meatballs HUVUDROLL with mashed potatoes and jam. A star preparation that has been replicated on countless occasions, which accompanies the rest of the culinary proposal in which healthy and organic foods are increasingly gaining weight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to<em> Expansi\u00f3n<\/em>, the Scandinavian brand concentrated almost half of its business in Spain (45%) in its two main markets, Catalonia (445 million) and Madrid (443.8 million), up 6.6% and 6.5%, respectively. Andalusia was the third largest market by volume, with 363.1 million in revenues, a 7% increase.
