KBV Group<\/strong>, a subsidiary of Abac Capital specialising in the design, manufacture and sale of kitchen furniture, has acquired and absorbed the manufacturer Doca, thus positioning itself at the top of the market in Spain and Portugal. The transaction, which, according to Expansi\u00f3n, is financed with debt and Abac’s capital, was completed last Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this operation and expansion strategy, the Spanish fund expects the kitchen manufacturer to grow by around 10%. Cocinas will contribute around \u20ac20 million to the turnover, Doca another \u20ac15 million and Delta the rest.<\/p>\n\n\n

The turnover of the group resulting from the integration of Doca into KBV reaches 50 million euros, a figure that places it ahead of Gamadecor and Porcelanosa, until now the market leader in Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
