Find out and listen with the Barilla Al Bronzo Soundtrack, a multi-sensory dining experience that combines extraordinary pasta with scientifically designed music to enhance the taste and texture of your food,’ read the notes of this new sound project from the pasta brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barilla <\/strong>delves into the culinary laboratory, calling on Oxford scientist and Emmy award-winning composer Crist\u00f3bal Tapia de Veer to develop the soundtrack for AI Bronzo. It comes in the form of a playlist with different songs dedicated to each cut of pasta: Bucatini, Mezzi Rigatoni, Spaghetti, Penne Rigate, Fusilli and Linguine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This innovative sound creation is based on the theory of Dr Charles Spence<\/strong>, an experimental psychologist at Oxford University, who evaluated each pasta shape through the lens of a pioneering concept: ‘sonic seasoning’, the scientific combination of sound with specific flavours and textures to enhance the dining experience. In this sense, sonic seasoning demonstrates that what we hear significantly impacts what we taste, and how we enjoy the experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
