But what dish would a haute cuisine chef like Albert Adri\u00e0 choose? The head of the Enigma restaurant gave an exclusive interview to the Tasting Table media and revealed what would be the traditional dish with which to get started in the gastronomy of our country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Albert Adri\u00e0 that perfect preparation for a first bite made in Spain would be, of course, the tortilla de patatas, one of the true culinary emblems of Spain, along with creations such as paella or gazpacho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Tortilla-de-patatas-1-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-241459\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Tortilla-de-patatas-1-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Tortilla-de-patatas-1-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Tortilla-de-patatas-1-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Tortilla-de-patatas-1-1000x563.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Tortilla-de-patatas-1-400x225.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Tortilla-de-patatas-1.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, in the interview the Catalan chef also revealed that, although there were no secrets as such, one of the keys to a good omelette is based on repetition. And since it is a fairly basic recipe, based on eggs and potatoes -and onion, of course-, it is of vital importance to choose good quality ingredients: &#8220;Good eggs, good potatoes, good omelette&#8221;, said the chef in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tastingtable.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tasting Table<\/a>.
