Dabiz<\/strong> presents a new GoXO <\/strong>haute cuisine menu that can be ordered at home through Glovo<\/a><\/strong> until 14 March. Although it can also be programmed to be enjoyed at the weekend with your loved ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a love letter in culinary format for Father’s Day<\/strong>, designed to be shared by four people in the middle of an emotional ritual around the table created by the best chef in the world for the third consecutive year.<\/p>\n\n\n

The limited edition menu<\/strong> is made up of three savoury dishes, which Mu\u00f1oz suggests starting with a Laksa Singapore of crayfish, buckwheat soba and poached cornish eggs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the main course, he presents a French roasted yellow-legged grain chicken stuffed with foie, kimchi, epazote and bacon, with truffled juices from the carcasses. This is accompanied by grilled lettuce hearts with crispy bacon, aged gouda cheese, fried shrimps and a Caesar sauce of jalape\u00f1os and fine herbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
