The potato omelette is one of the queens of Spanish gastronomy and is a real must on the menus of most bars and restaurants. Although there are excellent proposals and can make extensive rankings including the best, the Association of Chefs of Madrid (ACYRE Madrid<\/a>) has held the III edition of the contest for the best omelette of the Community of Madrid, to choose the winner of this 2024. The jury, among which was the chef Pepa Mu\u00f1oz, has not had it easy due to the high level of elaborations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
