The after party of the big awards night is often staged not in a sumptuous Hollywood fine dining restaurant, but at the most iconic burger chain in Los Angeles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The stars line up at this fast food restaurant to satiate their appetites and celebrate their awards collectively. From Julia Roberts<\/strong> or Reese Witherspoon<\/strong> to Adele<\/strong> or Diane Kruger<\/strong>, all of them have experienced the post-gala at one of its tables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So says Jimmy Kimmel<\/strong> to PEOPLE<\/strong> magazine, who addresses this issue in depth from his expertise as Oscar host. Nothing against McDonald’s, but on awards night, it’s In-N-Out’. And not only on the night of the Oscars, but of other important awards such as the Golden Globes, this place becomes the desired destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A trend that Paul Giamatti’s<\/strong>, who, after winning the award for best actor in a comedy or musical for his role in ‘The Holdovers’, appeared in one of the establishments of the chain, dressed in a tuxedo to eat one of their menus; starring in an iconic scene that would end up going viral on the Internet.<\/p>\n\n\n

When Kimmel<\/strong> wanted to know if Giamatti<\/strong> planned to dine there after this year’s Oscars, he replied, ‘Yeah, probably.’ ‘But I’ll stay in the car,’ he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The host then went on to justify the reasons behind celebrities’ obsession with dining at In-N-Out: ‘I think part of it is because when people are in Los Angeles, one of the things on their list is to go to In-N-Out – and there are a lot of people who are in Los Angeles just for the Oscars – so they end up saying, ‘Okay.’ ‘ Plus, you get really hungry, so In-N-Out is definitely the tradition of the awards galas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a recent promo for the Oscars, which will take place on March 11, 2024, there was even a nod to the burger joint. In the clip, Ryan Gosling<\/strong> appears in Weird Barbie’s car and excitedly exclaims, ‘I got In-N-Out!’<\/p>\n\n\n\n
