FRIDAY 1ST<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Friday we’ll align with Circolo Popolare<\/a><\/strong> to inaugurate the newest star in the Big Mamma<\/strong> galaxy. This Italian restaurant opens its doors to eclipse the capital’s culinary scene, both for its vibrant design work directed by Studio Kiki<\/strong>, and for its elevated reinterpretation of Italian cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n

From the antipasti, expressly designed for infinite spreads in company, such as burrata directly from Puglia to a mortadella al tartufo by Gianni Negrini. A feast orchestrated by its chef Luigi Venturo that can continue with its amazing 80-centimeter long pizza or its fresh pasta options such as Casarecce all’arrabbiata with a touch of the most spicy putting all the fire in the recipe, or its Pappardelle with lobster for the most refined palates. The icing on the cake? It is their twist of pistachio tiramisu or their tiramisu caffetino e dolci.<\/p>\n\n\n

At nightfall, we will head to Sala Siroco to dance non-stop until dawn with the party ‘Brrrrrap x PANNA presents: Coki (DMZ)<\/strong>‘, and the sounds and dubstep sets of Coki (DMZ) or the mystic dj, Merca Bae, who distorts different sounds of dancehall or trap in an experimental key. Get your pass here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SATURDAY 2ND<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Artistic stimulation will activate us in the morning once again at La Causa Galer\u00eda<\/strong>, which is now hosting Dominika Kovacikova<\/strong>‘s solo exhibition entitled ‘THEY MISTOOK MY KINDNESS FOR WEAKNESS<\/strong>‘.<\/p>\n\n\n

Kov\u00e1\u010dikov\u00e1<\/strong>‘s work proposes a journey through environments inhabited by lonely women immersed in complex narratives that are diluted in paintings that evoke a kind of psychological thriller based on tragedy, treated with pastel tones and a sweetened aesthetic that contrasts with the violent background of the landscapes or the moods of her characters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saturday’s meal will be held at the emblematic Am\u00f3s<\/strong> restaurant, located inside the Rosewood Villa Magna Hotel, which is now opening its season with a new menu featuring the most iconic dishes of the award-winning chef Jes\u00fas S\u00e1nchez.<\/p>\n\n\n

At one of their tables, we will taste some of their new avant-garde creations through their ‘Essence Menu<\/strong>‘, which proposes a journey through the Cantabrian paradise through flavors and raw materials. We will taste dishes such as its oil bread toast with tartar and anchovy, the beef tenderloin biquini, farmhouse cheese and confit bell pepper, as well as its green avocado gazpacho with smoked sea bass and salpicon dressing, in the middle of a succulent and innovative experience that culminates with its pasiego sobao custard with cream ice cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUNDAY 3RD<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday we will explore art in another format, the culinary, but in an environment that is not far from that of a museum. We will have brunch at Caf\u00e9 de la March<\/strong>, the cafeteria of the Fundaci\u00f3n Juan March<\/strong>, designed by architect Jos\u00e9 Luis Picardo<\/strong> in 1975, which was renovated and presented as a more modern enclave in which to escape by reading a book and drinking a specialty coffee from the guys at Hola Coffe, and then continue with a Fettuccine al pesto with burrata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
