In each region of Spain a different dessert is typical during these dates. Today we have been craving for casadielles, a traditional <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turismoasturias.es\/pt\/descubre\/gastronomia\/recetas\/casadielles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Asturian<\/a> sweet of Roman origin, which has established itself as an ideal dessert for any time of the year. If you haven&#8217;t tried them yet, here is the original recipe for casadielles so you can prepare them at home. Take note!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Casadielles recipe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For the puff pastry:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 g flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the filling:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g walnuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g hazelnuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aniseed to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Receta-casadielles.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Receta-casadielles-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-236926\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Receta-casadielles-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Receta-casadielles-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Receta-casadielles-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Receta-casadielles-1000x563.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Receta-casadielles-400x225.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Receta-casadielles.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a bowl, mix the flour with half of the butter, the water, the eggs and a pinch of salt to create a first thin dough.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knead it by stretching it well (several times until it is thin) and cover it with the rest of the butter. Divide the dough into small squares, which will be the casadielles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To prepare the filling, grind the walnuts and hazelnuts and add the sugar and anise to taste. Add water, trying not to make the mixture too liquid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place a little of the filling in the casadielles and close the puff pastry making the typical drawing of the sweet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a frying pan with plenty of hot oil, fry the casadielles until golden brown and sprinkle with sugar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Click here to read the Spanish version.Carnival is the perfect time to kick off the sweet-toothed season before spring.
