In total, 10 restaurants have joined forces to offer the gastronomic cheese route called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.10madlegruyereaop.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Madrid Experiences by Le Gruy\u00e8re AOP<\/a> and organized by Quesos de Suiza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Until March 15, cheese lovers will be able to visit restaurants such as El Lince, A&#8217;Barra, Roostiq, Triciclo or Fortuny, among others, to enjoy original creations based on the cheese considered the best cheese in the world in 2022.
