One example is arnad\u00ed, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitvalencia.com\/que-hacer-valencia\/gastronomia\/dulces-tipicos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">traditional dessert from the Valencian Community<\/a>, specifically from the area of X\u00e0tiva, which has Arab origin and its main ingredient is pumpkin. In addition, pine nuts and almonds give it a crunchy touch. And the best of all is that it is prepared in a very simple way. Put it in a cloth bag and leave it overnight to drain naturally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After that time, mix the pulp with the sugar, the beaten egg yolks and also add the ground almonds, the cinnamon and the grated lemon rind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meanwhile, put it all in a saucepan and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, while stirring to integrate everything (and pouring the ingredients).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let it rest and form a kind of pyramids. Place them in earthenware dishes and sprinkle with pine nuts and almonds (you can toast them before).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preheat the oven again, this time to about 150 \u00baC and bake for a few minutes until the dough is golden brown.
