We take a superficial tour of all these enclaves to bring to the stage their gastronomic proposals and the aesthetic codes that represent them as institutions of fashion and art. From a neo-tavern to the most effervescent openings: these are the places where you can escape from the frenetic pace dictated by the fashion shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chinch\u00edn<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This cocktail bar<\/strong>, run by Laura Vandall and Edgar Kerri, dazzles on the night scene as the meeting point for the Wednesday-Sunday pre-show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amongst interior design elements of classic luxury, such as red velvet lamps, sparkling glassware and a cat-like tapestry covering the ceilings, walls and furniture, Chinch\u00edn<\/strong> offers a varied menu of cocktails and spirits ranging from the classic Margarita or the Moscow Mule, to the Pisco Shower or Negroni. A concept that has just been glorified through the projection of varied sounds ranging from electrocumbia to boleros, closing the creative circle that represents it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ikigai Vel\u00e1zquez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ikigai<\/strong> is a gastronomic space of national reference, directed by chef Yong Wu Nagahira <\/strong>in a kind of designer igloo that takes us to a cosmopolitan New York flat in the 80s.<\/p>\n\n\n

Nagahira displays there its hedonistic Japanese proposal at the service of technique through dishes such as its vegetable tempura, its famous haachi nigiris or scallop nigiris with foie; to be paired with its wine list with more than 175 references and 25 different sake proposals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ultramarines del Coso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This neo-tavern from the LaMucca<\/strong> group recently set up shop in Malasa\u00f1a to give a subversive twist to the culinary scene through its elevated aesthetic inspired by traditional grocery stores and its vision of contemporary Scandinavian cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El chef sueco Andy Boman<\/strong> sirve tanto en su barra central como en sus mesas interpretaciones castizas como las gildas ahumadas, los funky callos o los smoked panceta, junto a platos inspirados en sus viajes por el mundo, como el ssam de oreja thai crujiente con nam prink, que combinar con un delicioso vermut sea la hora que sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swedish chef Andy Boman<\/strong> serves both at his central bar and at his tables traditional interpretations such as smoked gildas, funky tripe or smoked bacon, along with dishes inspired by his travels around the world, such as crispy Thai ear ssam with nam prink, to combine with a delicious vermouth at any time of the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Estrella<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The devotion felt by the creative community of the capital for the liquid proposal and aesthetics of Chinch\u00edn <\/strong>also revolves around this cocktail bar, the brainchild of its owners, who sheathe this space in beauty, blue velvet and eclectic works of art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amidst this nocturnal atmosphere, all the creative stars in attendance shine, as well as its solid menu designed by Giacomo Moroni <\/strong>with starters and pizza dishes, gildas and cocktails that dilute an infinite number of mixtures and flavours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LOS 33<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The cosy restaurant ‘Los 33<\/strong>‘, lit by fire and candles, among wooden beams and shelves with vinyls, is the project of the ideologists of the iconic Charr\u00faa steakhouse and the guys from El Viajero, materialised in a design bar with high tables for snacking and a restaurant specialising in the art of grilling where it is practically impossible to get a table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On its stage, different scenes coexist throughout the day: from people sharing a coffee, to romantic dates enjoying a bikini and a Martini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gilda Haus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Gilda Haus<\/strong> is the emerging project of the founders of La Gilder\u00eda, Yajaira Malav\u00e9 and Cristina Bonaga, which has already generated a kind of intergenerational cult in Madrid. A space in which to drink and dance from the aperitif until the early hours of the morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At its bar or its metal tables you can enjoy a vermouth or signature cocktail designed by Carlos de Marrufo<\/strong>, paired with some of the twelve different versions of gildas, its molletes or sandwiches with dj sets with which to dance well into the night on its orange carpet and its aesthetic space designed by Codoo Studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Farah<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After a few years orchestrating clandestine dinners at home, Heba Kharouf opened her own Arab restaurant in La Latina<\/strong>: a culinary enclave that has eclipsed the countless diners who now pass by its tables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In its space that evokes the interior design of Arabian houses, it presents a Mediterranean-inspired menu with fresh dishes and modern reinterpretations of traditional cuisine through dishes such as wild sea bass with tahini or grilled shrimps marinated in cumin, vinegar and chilli flakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bar Trafalgar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bar Trafalgar<\/strong> is the avant-garde tavern where its signature cocktails and viral tapas form a kind of fashionable ritual around a circular bar and pool table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dani Brasserie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The last stop on this parade, and no less important for that, is in the sky. Exactly in the Brasserie<\/strong> de Dani Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, a place where gastronomy and design merge at the top of the Four Seasons Hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
