In another bowl, beat the eggs and add them to the meat and breadcrumbs. Stir well with your hands so that all the mixture is well integrated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once well integrated, form small balls. Put the flour on a plate and roll the balls in the flour to seal them well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meanwhile, prepare the tomato sauce. First chop the garlic cloves and the onion. In a frying pan with oil, saut\u00e9 them over medium-low heat until they are poached and the onion is transparent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, add the crushed tomato, with a pinch of sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Lower the heat to low and cook for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then add the white wine, stir well and cook for 5 more minutes.
