FRIDAY 2ND<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Friday afternoon we will visit the Christer Str\u00f6mholm<\/strong> exhibition currently on display in the Sala Recoletos<\/strong> of the Mapfre Foundation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Swedish photographer, recognised as one of the most influential figures of his generation, stars in this retrospective that captures his iconic black-and-white snapshots as a visual ode to human integrity and humour from a sensitive and intimate perspective based on his personal experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will activate the night session one more weekend at La Discoteca <\/strong>(Sala Coc\u00f3), which this Friday will feature the performance of LE\u00cfTI<\/strong>, the Catalan rapper and actor who has established himself as one of the great references of the national urban scene. SATURDAY 3TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday we will eat at La Robata<\/strong>, the trendy Japanese izakaya <\/strong>on Calle Jorge Juan, whose kitchen is run by one of the few sushi chefs in the world, Venezuelan Fabiola Lairet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this contemporary tavern, he presents his elevated vision of traditional Japanese cuisine<\/strong> fused with Western influences in an extensive menu dominated by raw food and Japanese grill; and where you can also find other star dishes such as the Spicty tuna futomaki rolls, with tuna tartar, spring onion and spicy sauce, or the Lucky girl with eel, cucumber and Japanese mayonnaise.<\/p>\n\n\n

In the afternoon, we will be delighted with the siren songs of Valeria Castro<\/a><\/strong> at the Teatro Circo Price. The singer will present for the first time solo in Madrid her show “con cari\u00f1o y con cuidado”, a review of the lessons learned by a young palm tree grower to whom time has passed like the wisest of the place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUNDAY 4TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We will finish renewing the weekend’s energy in an artistic key through the exhibition ‘Experimento IMAGINA<\/strong>‘ hosted by Serrer\u00eda Belga<\/strong>. The cultural space currently brings together an eclectic compendium of great works of national and international photography, mostly unpublished in the capital, taken 30 years ago by cult photographers such as Martin Parr, Ouka Leele, Cristina Garc\u00eda Rodero, Manuel Falces, Carlos P\u00e9rez Siquier, Sarah Moon, Sibylle Bergemann and Henri Cartier-Bresson.<\/p>\n\n\n

At nightfall, we will enter La M\u00e1quina Caleido<\/strong>, the new restaurant of the duo Sergio Tejedor and Roberto Tejedor, in the role of executive chef, located in the Espacio Caleido tower, set to become one of its flagships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this enclave that prioritises tradition and quality, spread over several halls and a rooftop with permanent views of the skyscrapers, La M\u00e1quina continues to serve its gastronomic legacy through traditional and simple preparations that emphasise quality produce through dishes such as A banda or De Campo, with pitu de caleya and loganiza, exclusive to this space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
