Madrid Fusion is always a meeting place where prestigious chefs and people from the gastronomy sector exchange reflections on cuisine and advance new projects. This is the case of Dabiz Mu\u00f1oz. The chef from Madrid participated in the second day of the congress where he had an interesting talk with Benjam\u00edn Lana, director of Madrid Fusi\u00f3n, and Jose Carlos Capel, gastronomic critic and president of this culinary event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the conversation, Mu\u00f1oz once again revolutionized the main stage by reflecting on his creative process and revealing details of his new projects, the recent opening of StreetXO in Dubai and the long-awaited new DiverXO<\/a> at La Finca. “I spend all day cooking because creativity is also trained. If you spend all day trying new things and studying, your creativity increases,” the chef revealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
