When winter comes, it becomes a must, as it allows you to warm up and it is a consistent and very easy to make meal. Add the diced ham and saut\u00e9. Add half of the bread slices and turn them over and over to toast them a little, without overcooking them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove from the heat and season to taste with salt and pepper, with a pinch of paprika.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stir everything well and return the casserole to the fire, adding the meat broth, over low heat, without boiling, for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, add the rest of the bread slices -previously toasted-, and let them float in the broth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To finish, break the eggs into the casserole and let them cook like this, poached or spun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve in a bowl and enjoy the delicious Castilian soup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Click here to read the Spanish version.Castilian soup is a traditional grandmother&#8217;s recipe that is never missing in the menu of those who love spoon dishes.
