FRIDAY 26TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We’ll start the weekend with a ‘chinch\u00edn’ at the hedonistic cocktail bar Multi Club<\/strong>. A project directed by Kim D\u00edaz that presents itself as a ‘wine club’ that orchestrates its menu around two aspects: a menu of 80 bottle references, and a second one of wine-based cocktails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In its elegant space, dressed in velvet and pastel colours, they serve the art of Joao ‘Mutis’ Eusebio’s mixology along with a series of dishes to accompany it, such as mussels, club salad or Iberian ham. All paired with permanent music in the background.<\/p>\n\n\n

We will activate the night session with the emotional opening party of the Sala Sentimiento<\/a><\/strong> (Nica), where we will dance the night away with a line up of established selectors and producers alongside new talents that will take us through all aspects of electronic music. From the dj and producer of italo disco and EBM Adrian Marth<\/strong> to Foie Gras<\/strong>, dj and producer from Madrid who explores a mix of sounds ranging from percussion or tribals to eighties synthesizers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SATURDAY 27TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday we’ll have lunch with friends at the legendary tavern Bandini’s<\/strong>, co-run by Carmen and Povel, where we’ll experience their vibrant ritual of natural Catalan or French wines<\/strong> paired with a series of seasonal dishes made with local ingredients. Cavatelli with oxtail, black pepper and mushrooms or ‘Eton Mess’ meringue with lime cream and pistachio crumble for dessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the afternoon, we will head to the Palau de Sant Jordi<\/strong>, as the stage will be taken by one of the key figures on the national urban scene: Soto Asa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

SUNDAY 28TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Benzina<\/strong> will become our Sunday gastronomic temple. This modern Italian restaurant located in the Sant Antoni neighbourhood has become one of the city’s trendiest spots thanks to its New York-inspired aesthetic and its elevated culinary proposal designed by Piemontese chef Nicola Valle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At their tables they serve surprising dishes such as carbonara with pecorino cheese and pork cheek sausage or their aubergine confit beyond parmigiana with parmesan ice cream. A succulent selection to be topped off with desserts such as their ‘Sferamisu’, a sphere of chocolate, mascarpone, coffee savoiardi and vanilla ice cream, or vanilla macarons, salted caramel and walnut ice cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will close the weekend with an art exhibition dedicated this time to the iconic figurative work of Mark Tennant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
