One of the latest additions has been chef Roberto Ruiz, creator of the restaurants Barracuda MX or Can Ch\u00e1n Ch\u00e1n who, thanks to his quality Mexican cuisine, has become a benchmark in the capital. Now he has joined <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quedesfase.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DESFASE<\/a>, the gourmet delivery where you can order a wide variety of cuisines. For his part, Jos\u00e9 Luis Vega de Seoane, CEO of DESFASE, affirms that a collaboration of such prestige is going to be &#8220;a very fun challenge&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">This is the card proposed by Roberto Ruiz in DESFASE x MXRR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the launch, they have designed an initial menu that brings together the essential dishes to offer a 100% Mexican experience, including the traditional Guacamole with totopos -these made with MXRR&#8217;s own recipe-; the Totopos norte\u00f1os with melted cheese with grilled chorizo and a touch of pickled jalape\u00f1o; three appetizing quesadillas, with braised ham and cheddar, Tijuana chicken and beef Arrachera. Of course, you can&#8217;t miss some good tacos, the real protagonists.
