Located in the old town of Donosti, this restaurant serves one of the favorite cheesecakes in our country and around the world -The New York Times included it in its recommendations-. It is a soft baked recipe that has earned its place in the cheesecake world on its own merits. For you to try it at home, here is the original recipe for Basque cheesecake from La Vi\u00f1a.
