The sushi brand<\/strong>, which is committed to innovation and product quality, now connects its culinary identity with that of the emblematic Catalan chef to design a limited edition that will form part of the restaurant’s menu throughout 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The star product of the partnership is a 21-piece box<\/strong> -priced at \u20ac27.90- in which some of his high-end sushi creations can be sampled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collaboration displays the avant-garde culinary vision of the chef<\/strong> at the head of Enigma<\/strong> (Barcelona) through the ‘preservation of the values and identity of Sushi Shop’, in Adri\u00e0<\/strong>‘s own words, when developing the creative process of these simple pieces without any great technical fuss with which he revisits tradition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
