FRIDAY 19TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We will reset from the working day in an artistic format with the exhibition ‘Catch The Light When Its Cloudy<\/strong>‘ by Marilyn Sonnelved<\/a><\/strong>. At the Badr El Jundi <\/strong>gallery, we can delve into the multidisciplinary artist’s chromatic depth, as her first solo show in which she explores the intersection between colour and form, guiding herself intuitively through the nostalgic process of memory.<\/p>\n\n\n

The colour, personal and emotive, represents interior landscapes and territories of encounter that captivate the viewer. The body is represented through fragmentation, and identifiable in body parts that become fleeting apparitions. In the paintings, the hands predominate, and as a whole, give a sense of softness among the caresses of an autumn Sunday’, read the notes of this exhibition which deals with the sensation of desire, instinct and fantasy that one carries within.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As night falls, we will immerse ourselves in the immersive gastronomic experience of the capital’s new culinary sensation: SINESTESIA<\/strong>. A restaurant located in the Caleido Shopping Centre <\/strong>that combines technology <\/strong>and haute cuisine <\/strong>through a multi-sensory journey in which stimuli and fun are served in large doses.<\/p>\n\n\n

Its tasting menu<\/strong> is structured around images, sounds, messages, flavours and textures in the same synergy designed by the chef Kiko Moya <\/strong>of L’Escaleta, who has 2 Michelin Stars and 3 REPSOL Suns, with which he answers the question: What do colours taste like?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SATURDAY 20TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday lunchtime we head to one of the temples of contemporary Italian gastronomy: NOI<\/strong>. Based on its perfect balance between tradition and avant-garde, its chef Gianni Pinto<\/strong> moves away from clich\u00e9s and pizzas to display a tasty and updated tour of the transalpine regions in the midst of an aesthetic space with a 70s Italian style.<\/p>\n\n\n

In the heart of the Paseo del Arte<\/strong>, this restaurant, recognised with a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide, presents a star tasting menu entitled ‘From South to North’, which proposes a gastronomic journey through Italy, and a menu consisting of antipasti, artisan pasta dishes, meats, fish and desserts to be paired with a selection of Italian wines.<\/p>\n\n\n

In the afternoon, we will attend the screening of ‘Contigo, Contigo y sin m\u00ed<\/strong>‘ at the Sala Berlanga<\/a><\/strong>. One of the documentaries nominated for the 2024 Goya Awards <\/strong>for ‘Best Documentary’ which is part of this cycle of screenings -for 3.50 euros- in the hall in question; it deals with Amaya’s four love affairs that marked her life: an audiovisual journey through the last 20 years, from her first love at the age of 18 to her current ties at the age of 38.<\/p>\n\n\n

The film combines documentary and animation, the real and intimate with the expressive. An apparently personal and intimate film, where the change and evolution of the protagonist can also be read from an anthropological or political point of view, reflecting the changing role of women in intimate relationships’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUNDAY 21ST<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This Sunday brunch will take place at Nolita Coffe<\/strong>, the trendy brunch with speciality coffee served all day long. There you can enjoy everything from classic eggs Benedict to pancakes with syrup, toast with Nutella, french toasts, ‘Nolita’ focaccias or pastrami sandwiches with a chai latte, a speciality coffee, the big nolita, orange juice or a mimosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
