It offers a menu of signature dishes and great classics of Russian cuisine, such as borscht, pirojkis and beef Stroganoff, mixed with chic creations such as its prestigious selection of caviar served in a bowl of ice – white caviar from the Kadjar reserve, beluga from Iran, Imperial Osci\u00e8tre\u2026 along with its top-of-the-range wines and vodkas flavoured with hazelnuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, Caf\u00e9 de Flore<\/a><\/strong> has become a landmark in the world of fashion, channelled as a stage or catwalk for campaigns and catwalk shows by Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Longchamp and Louis Vuitton. But it is also a meeting point for Paris Fashion Week <\/strong>attendees, who have made it another of the temples of fashion in which to sit alongside fashion editors, models and artists from the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n

Silencio Paris<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One of Paris’ best-kept secrets is this nightclub creatively directed by David Lynch<\/strong>. Silencio<\/strong> is structured around an exclusive restaurant, which focuses on South American cuisine, a concert hall, an art library and an underground discotheque frequented by the likes of Peggy Gou, Cher, ASAP Rocky and muse Mich\u00e8le Lamy.<\/p>\n\n\n

El Relais Plaza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This historic Art Deco brasserie has become an ode to the past, revived from the present by fashion and art personalities, who come to this establishment to enjoy dishes such as raw sea bass with olive oil and lemon, prawns in mayonnaise, crispy roast turbot or fillet of veal with foie gras.<\/p>\n\n\n

Not to mention the icing on the cake: their comfortingly regressive desserts ranging from a chocolate souffl\u00e9 tart to a childhood caramel cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
