FRIDAY 12TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We’ll start the weekend with an immersive experience in which to dance between emotion and creativity with B48_LIVE + LAB at BRIDGE_48<\/strong>, Poblenou. There we’ll be immersed in a vibrant atmosphere with DJ sets, drinks and lots of art until late into the night. Get your free pass here before 20.30h.<\/p>\n\n\n

We will then move from this festive setting to an intimate and elegant dinner at Mae, the restaurant that opened its doors in 2023 under the direction of Germ\u00e1n Espinosa<\/strong>, together with Colombian chef Diego Mondrag\u00f3n<\/strong> and restaurateur Mariella Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

At one of their tables, we will put into practice their gastronomic religion based on globalism and localism through multicultural virtuosity reflected in dishes such as red shrimp with pig’s trotters and tree tomato, cauliflower foam, red snapper and mussel gel\u00e9e with fresh herbs or lamb and Jerusalem artichoke. SATURDAY 13TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday we will escape from the city to eat in a forest located in the city centre. Specifically in Bosco de Lobos<\/strong>, from the Tragaluz<\/strong> group, which has had a culinary extension in Barcelona since last year, where you can eat between trees from salads to high quality pasta or Roman pizzas. Casa Luz<\/strong> will be the place that will revive and enlighten us on Sunday with its brunch from the heights. They serve a classic brunch with New York influences that starts with starters designed for sharing: pita bread, hummus, tzatziki, guacamole with tortilla chips, oysters and aubergine croquettes, as well as sweet and savoury mains such as the club sandwich and eggs benedict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
