It is a less common cocktail, but just as tasty and very sparkling. It is the Air Mail, a cocktail of Cuban origin, which was first mentioned almost 100 years ago in a recipe book of Bacardi Rum. The Asturian is a lover of gastronomy with history and, therefore, opts for this preparation to toast on New Year&#8217;s Eve. In addition, he proposes a version of this cocktail with a Spanish touch in his restaurant Nubeluz, where mixologist Miguel Lancha is in charge.
