We already know that chef Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s is a fervent defender of Spanish gastronomy and this has been demonstrated on numerous occasions, especially during the broadcasting of his show Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s and Family In Spain<\/a> on Discovery+. In this program, the Asturian chef, together with his daughters, takes a tour through different Spanish regions while he teaches them all the secrets of the national gastronomy. During his visit to Valencia, Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s goes so far as to affirm that pizza was invented in Valencia. “When I tell people that Valencia invented pizza, they don’t believe me”, he says during the video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
