It is the pericana, a typical recipe from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comunitatvalenciana.com\/es\/mediterraneo-en-accion\/pericana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alicante<\/a> that you can prepare with ingredients that we always have at home and will solve the appetizer section, as you can accompany it with many dishes.
