This new cocktail bar located in the heart of the neighborhood of Las Letras arrives with a strong presence, starting with its facade. Its striking menu, for whose creation they have counted on the advice of the emblematic 1862 DryBar, proposes a journey through the most classic drinks in the history of the cocktail bar, but with a renewed touch that will surprise in every sip. &#8220;Each cocktail has an echo of the past and each night will be an adventure that will transport the customer to a distant era of splendor and mystery, in which excitement and fun are assured,&#8221; explains Shivank Singh, one of its founders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/equipo-fat-cats.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/equipo-fat-cats-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-224839\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/equipo-fat-cats-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/equipo-fat-cats-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/equipo-fat-cats-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/equipo-fat-cats-1000x563.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/equipo-fat-cats-400x225.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/equipo-fat-cats.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This Fat Cats proposal is, without a doubt, an ode to the great classics. &#8220;All our cocktails are variations, a bit mischievous, of easily recognizable drinks such as the Mojito, the Old Fashioned, the Paloma or the emblematic Margarita. Our menu will expand and evolve in the future, always under the maxim of paying homage to the classics, those we all know and appreciate,&#8221; adds Fernando Alexander Lobo Chaves, the project&#8217;s bartender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Some of the cocktails that you will be able to taste are<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The menu is divided into five sections. To get in tune, there are the Ap\u00e9ritifs, such as the &#8216;Golden Dream&#8217;, inspired by the classic Boulevardier with rye whiskey, little blanc, bitter bianco and Lustau vermouth; or the &#8216;Black Cats&#8217;, made with white rum, black olives and coriander cordial, a twist between the Gimlet and the daiquiri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/treasures-.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"870\" height=\"1000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/treasures-.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-224842\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/treasures-.jpg 870w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/treasures--261x300.jpg 261w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/treasures--768x883.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/treasures--400x460.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 870px) 100vw, 870px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Sour &amp; Daisy section includes other novel proposals such as the &#8216;Treasures Upstairs&#8217;, a version of the classic Margarita with tequila, lime juice, smoke liqueur and agave syrup. In the Long Drinks section, we find renewed classics such as the &#8216;Watch out Palm Beach&#8217;, a reinterpretation of the traditional Mexican Paloma, made with mezcal, falernum, lime juice and grapefruit. The main liquid menu ends with the After dinner drinks, including the &#8216;Heist Night Fever&#8217;, a version of the energetic Espresso Martini with brandy, coffee liqueur, coffee and salted caramel.
