Take note of the step by step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chipirones encebollados recipe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg squid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 onions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 green bell pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 ml of white wine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 dried chili pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cloves of garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bay leaf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Black pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First chop the onion and bell pepper in julienne strips and saut\u00e9 them in a frying pan with olive oil until they are well fried.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In another frying pan with oil, saut\u00e9 the sliced garlic and then add the baby squid. Saut\u00e9 well and add to the onion pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour the wine into the frying pan with the squid and let the alcohol evaporate. Right after, add it to the main frying pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Season to taste with salt and pepper and add the bay leaf and the chilli.
