This time, we are going to show you how to prepare the 5 most searched recipes during the last 365 days. There is a little bit of everything: from traditional Spanish dishes, to elaborations with an exotic touch and, of course, some cocktails. Take note!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At number 5 of the most searched recipes is the Japanese dish Hakusai, which this year has aroused considerable interest. Although it has lost the first place, the recipe of porra antequerana is one more year among the favorites of the Spaniards. The bronze medal goes to one of the most emblematic cocktails: the caipirinha. In 2nd place is a traditional Galician sweet: carnival ears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And as for the most searched recipe of 2023 on Google\u2026 the prize goes to a curious dish very popular in the mountains of France and B\u00e9jar, in Salamanca: the Serrano lemon. It is a cold salad that is made with a mixture of ingredients that seem quite different from each other: Serrano ham, chorizo, lemon, orange, garlic, egg and tuna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. C\u00f3rtala en cuartos y luego haz trozos peque\u00f1os. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pon la col a una bolsa de pl\u00e1stico con la zanahoria cortada en julianas, las algas -tambi\u00e9n cortadas-, los pimientos secos y la sal. Ci\u00e9rrala y mueve para que se mezclen los ingredientes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elimina el exceso de aire antes de cerrarla bien. Pon peso encima del cierre de la bolsa para presionar el agua. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deja reposar a temperatura ambiente de 2 a 4 horas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Receta de porra antequerana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg de tomates pera maduros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poco de pan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pimiento verde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pimiento rojo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 diente de ajo (sin el coraz\u00f3n\u00e79<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml de aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una pizca de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 chorro de vinagre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 huevo cocido<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tritura los tomates enteros en la batidora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retira las pieles y pepitas sobrantes con un colador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduce el tomate triturado colado en el vaso de la batidora y a\u00f1ade el pan para que se empape durante unos 10 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1ade el resto de ingredientes -menos el aceite- y vuelve a triturar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Durante el triturado, agrega el aceite en forma de hilo (para que emulsione y quede m\u00e1s cremoso). Rectifica de sal y deja enfriar en la nevera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00edrvelo con huevo duro picado y con tacos de jam\u00f3n serrano.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Deja reposar al menos una hora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ahora viene el paso m\u00e1s &#8220;delicado&#8221;.&nbsp;Debes estirar peque\u00f1as bolas&nbsp;(del tama\u00f1o de una nuez m\u00e1s o menos)&nbsp;hasta&nbsp;darles forma de oreja.&nbsp;Lo importante, m\u00e1s que la forma, es que queden lo m\u00e1s finas posible. Para que la masa no se te pegue, embadurna la superficie de aceite de oliva -y no de harina-.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una vez moldeadas, fr\u00edelas en aceite, con cuidado de que no lleguen a quemarse. Deja reposar con papel absorbente. Antes de servir, espolvorea az\u00facar glas\u00e9 por encima.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.
