FRIDAY 8TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Friday we will travel to Barcelona, but not before making a stop in Girona<\/strong>. In a restaurant that defines itself as ordinary and regular, but which, in essence, is in no way less so.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Roca brothers’ restaurant Normal<\/strong> is structured around ‘absolute normality’: slow-cooked cuisine, casseroles and old-fashioned recipes from the heart of Girona. It is a place where the main feature is the exposed brickwork and the wooden tables where they serve local dishes, such as duck with plums, kidney sandwich, Sacha-style tortilla vaga (omelette) or pocha beans with octopus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All this gastronomic proposal that connects tradition with innovation is once again reflected in its menu of village wines -little known- that embrace the peasant culture with an imposing presence of references from the Empord\u00e0 and Beune.<\/p>\n\n\n

As night falls, we head to Barcelona to see one of techno’s brightest stars play. At the Sala Apolo<\/strong>, the dark beat will be set by ‘Branko Live AV \u00b7 KOKOKO! Live<\/a><\/strong>‘ with a DJ set by Anetha<\/strong>, the Frenchwoman who embraces influences of trance, gabber and simple vocals in one creative fusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SATURDAY 9TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Saturday morning dawns at sitio<\/strong>: an interdisciplinary space where speciality coffee is mixed with a series of sensory experiences that support artisan initiatives. It is also home to the Espiritu Club<\/strong> studio-store, which re-purposes deadstock and textile waste to create new pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

At one of their maderna tables, we’ll have a Flat White coffee with a fruity aroma and one of their ‘alfajorricos’ from @alfajorricos_bcn<\/a>, a 100% artisan bakery that specialises in authentic Peruvian alfajores. Where? Carrer de les Tres Senyores, 24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the evening, we’ll revive the clubber session with the party ‘The Society of Art w\/ Oxia & Awen Live<\/a><\/strong>‘ at Terrrazza<\/strong> in Barcelona, where the flavour of French melodic techno and its sophisticated Afro tints will be the protagonists.<\/p>\n\n\n

Global electronic music icon Oxia<\/strong>, with more than 20 years of career, will mix his sounds in the same ‘artistic division’ of the indoor terrace venue with Awen Live<\/strong>, the Afro-French singer and producer of ‘Your Voice’ who will debut in Barcelona with her great voice and mastery on the mixing board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUNDAY 10TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The day before the work reactivation, we will make the most of it at Norte, a small and cosy ecological restaurant where they rework and modernise classics of Galician and Basque cuisine in dish format. On their menu, their omelettes and scrambled eggs stand out, which have become the main attraction of this spot.<\/p>\n\n\n

After lunch, we will continue our audiovisual and even sensorial nourishment with the film ‘Wonka’, which has the only cinemas in Barcelona that screen the film with the smell of chocolate.
