FRIDAY 24TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We’ll start the weekend in a culinary key by trying the first vegan ‘cocido’ on the hotel scene, offered by the Barcel\u00f3 Imagine Hotel<\/strong>. A space where art, music and architecture converge, serving one of the most outstanding and innovative interpretations of this traditional dish.<\/p>\n\n\n

Available every Friday, this three-course vegan menu is one of the great veggie alternatives to the Madrid classic, which starts with a few pickles and a vegan stew croquette.<\/p>\n\n\n

After the appetizers, the first course is a vegan ‘sopamen’ with buckwheat noodles, which evokes a kind of Japanese ramen, followed by a second vegetable dish: faiko turnip, pumpkin, carrot, potato and pak choi saut\u00e9ed with garlic oil and paprika. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The whole feast is topped off with a delicious protein still life: milky chickpeas, pumpkin black pudding, textured soya vegetable chorizo and grandma’s fritters, along with a vegan chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream to round off the experience.<\/p>\n\n\n

As the moon rises, we’ll reactivate the castizo mode on another stage: at Casa Pepa<\/strong>‘s party. In Sala El Sol we’ll dance until dawn with sets by resident DJs @lavidadejaime<\/strong> and @djpopi_,<\/strong> as well as the debut of @_luciareina<\/strong>, fusing electronic and urban sounds in the same ritual inhabited by the capital’s artistic and creative communities. SATURDAY 25TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Saturday morning will be dedicated to fashion. We will visit the collaborative pop up of the brands Errres<\/strong> and Esp\u00edritu club<\/strong>, which will exhibit a collection of new vintage and upcycling pieces connected by sustainable love. Where? In Calle Cabestreros 8, located in the Lavapi\u00e9s neighbourhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
