That is why we would like to invite all citizens to join us at Pastoreo to discover the history, culture and tradition of this age-old activity,&#8217; explains Tom\u00e1s Rodr\u00edguez, director of INTEROVIC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cultural programming<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pastoreo will serve a menu full of activities such as the<strong> photo exhibition <\/strong>&#8216;Bestiarium&#8217; by <strong>Jos\u00e9 Barea<\/strong>, a tasting of lamb tapas created by the chef Bego\u00f1a Rodrigo, music and live wool spinning, as well as product tastings and various workshops to create Christmas wreaths, balls and biscuits that will be given on Saturday morning by <strong>Floreale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images goat cheeses<\/strong> of national origin given by Formaje, a shop specialising in cheeses and raising their culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This ephemeral cycle will close on Sunday with two sessions to learn how to decorate Christmas biscuits with Mar\u00eda Mirabelli, an expert in confectionery, and another in the afternoon by Floreale dedicated to Christmas wreaths.<\/p>\n\n\n<div will go to the soup kitchen of the Asociaci\u00f3n Manos de Ayuda Social, which supports families through its project &#8216;Salir Adelante&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gourmet lamb tapas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For its third edition, INTEROVIC has enlisted the chef <strong>Bego\u00f1a Rodrigo<\/strong>, from the Michelin-starred restaurant La Salita in Valencia, to design <strong>two tapas<\/strong> based on national lamb, which the public will be able to taste on site free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large
