FRIDAY 10TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We will begin to feel the excitement of the weekend in an artistic way by visiting the exhibition hosted by Swinton Gallery<\/strong>. In the middle of its disused space located in the city centre, ‘Del Grano a la Monta\u00f1a<\/strong>‘, the project of the artist SRGER <\/strong>in curatorial collaboration with Jordi Pallar\u00e8s<\/strong>, will be exhibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Del grano a la monta\u00f1a’ speaks of the everyday and the quotidian, underlining what happens in a natural, organic and poetic way. Actions that, like artistic practice itself, add up and constitute, day after day, a compendium of what one is and what one perceives. It also speaks of time and what it means for our disciplined work. Those subtle things that we allow to happen during our attention and dispersion. Moments of contemplation and exchange that Sergio G\u00f3mez offers us’, reads the synopsis of this work structured around curves, depaintings, arches, annotations, graphic interventions, planks or irons that reflect Srger’s multifaceted creative personality and the influences of ingraffiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As dusk falls, we will head to the creative cocktail bar of El Coleccionista<\/strong> at BIBO Madrid<\/strong> to taste their new spirited proposal that revolves around the new work and chromatic vibration of the artist Iv\u00e1n Forcadell<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inside the restaurant of renowned chef Dani Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, the cocktails<\/strong> that the Collector’s team has created exclusively inspired by the works of Ivan Forcadell<\/strong>, artist of the Badr El Jundi gallery, are now on display, such as the ‘Rosemarinus’ made with gin, rosemary and grapefruit tonic or his ‘2 Eucalyptus’ with gin, eucalyptus vermouth and garden bitters with which to experiment and immerse yourself in Forcadell’s complete work paired with exquisite oysters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SATURDAY 11TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday we will sit at one of Casa Neutrale<\/strong>‘s designer tables to enjoy their speciality coffees, natural wines and Mediterranean-inspired dishes.<\/p>\n\n\n

In their minimalist caf\u00e9 you can opt for some of their outstanding dishes made with sourdough bread, such as their fig, blue cheese, walnuts and honey toasts, or their Mallorcan salad with cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, olives and gherkins. All of this will be paired with some of their vermouth or natural wines, to put the cherry on top of the evening with their artisan brioche bikini with nutella, almonds and mascarpone foam.<\/p>\n\n\n

After living the Neutrale experience, what could be better than inaugurating the new late night at Club Malasa\u00f1a<\/strong>? The Bomb\u00f3n <\/strong>party comes to the capital’s trendiest nightclub with Latin and disco sounds and your favourite live bands. SUNDAY 12TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sundays are for brunch, but also for cocido madrile\u00f1o. And if it’s at Lhardy<\/strong>, so much the better.<\/p>\n\n\n

In the mythical and historic opulent restaurant characterised by its red velvet armchairs and dark wooden walls, the traditional cuisine is elevated to another level with its cocido madrile\u00f1o<\/strong> served in three bowls. A traditional dish reinterpreted through a soup containing small pieces of meat and chicken, accompanied by chickpeas from Castilla y Le\u00f3n, vegetables (cabbage, potato and carrot) from Caraba\u00f1a, chorizo from Le\u00f3n, rice black pudding, Burgos-style Iberian secret or truffled sausage from Euskal Txerri pigs, all of which present a gourmet version of the Castilian elaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n
